Enhance your interest in video art and contemporary artists
This summer course is centered around a five-day trip to Digital Graffiti, an art festival that employs the latest in digital technologies to projection map video art across the town in Alys Beach, Florida. You'll engage with artists, curators, and creatives at the festival, and produce written reviews and your own projection project upon return.
Taught by associate professor Katina Bitsicas, this four-week course will begin with a synchronous online session on the first day, followed by a trip to the art festival, with the remaining coursework conducted asynchronously online through June 6.
