Biography
Adriane Pontecorvo began working as Curriculum Development Specialist for the Media School in July 2026. She is a longtime volunteer at WFHB Community Radio, a former cellist in various San Francisco noise and free jazz projects, and a music review and feature writer for culture zine PopMatters. Prior to joining the Media School, Adriane earned a doctorate from Indiana University’s Department of Folklore and Ethnomusicology.
